Starting June 1 - July 31 Saturday winter training session will be :
1st Session - 7.00am OTW 7.30am 2nd Session - 8.15am OTW 8.45am
ALL paddlers are required to wear a lifejacket at weeknight training sessions. If you have your own lifejacket please wear it however the Club does have a number of lifejackets on hand. This practise will continue until the evening sessions are completely light for the duration of the paddle.
Further useful items for night paddling are a head lamp and fluro vests/tops.
Since we have a number of new paddlers and sometimes we need a little reminder of what to do in the case of a capsize. Please read on this website under the INFORMATION section then scroll down to the SAFETY TAB. There you will find a youtube video to view showing what to do in case of a capsize. Familiarise yourself with other safety & general information whilst you are there please.
