I travel Australia and ;ast Thursday, 31 January, I came across a some of your members at the Bongil (or Bonville?) Creek in Sawtell as they were going out for a paddle in the dragonboat. I met Fran and Steph among others, who's names I unfortunately don't remember. They were so wonderful and friendly.. and kind enough to let me have a go. I had a ball! My muscles were a bit sore from the unfamiliar exercise, but I still think about the experience fondly. I am really very grateful that I was able to join in the practice paddle. It is good to do things we have never done before - it is so uplifting!
I promised to send the photos I took that day via the website - and found your email address as the administrator. I hope you don't mind I send them to you. I don't know who would like those photos, but could you please offer them to any and all interested. You can forward them yourself or put them on your website or ask people to contact me and I can send them on - or all of the above. I have sent them in medium resolution because of size, but if you require in higher resolution, I am happy to provide that.
